1. Geltung

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die App „CarPop: IPTV & Video“ von Baran Aktas, Buchenstraße 6A, 42283 Wuppertal. Zusätzlich gilt der Standard-Lizenzvertrag für lizenzierte Anwendungen von Apple (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Leistung

CarPop ist ausschließlich ein Medienplayer. CarPop stellt keine Sender, Playlists, Filme oder sonstigen Inhalte bereit, hostet, verkauft oder empfiehlt keine. Du bringst deine Quellen selbst mit.

3. Deine Verantwortung

Du darfst CarPop nur mit Inhalten nutzen, für die du berechtigt bist. Du bist für die Rechtmäßigkeit deiner Quellen und Inhalte selbst verantwortlich. Die Nutzung für rechtswidrige Zwecke ist untersagt. Im Fahrzeug musst du die Verkehrsregeln beachten; Video wird auf dem Autodisplay nur bei stehendem Fahrzeug angezeigt.

4. CarPop Pro, Abos und Käufe

  • Eine Grundversion ist kostenlos nutzbar. CarPop Pro schaltet erweiterte Funktionen frei.
  • Pro gibt es als Abo (monatlich oder jährlich) oder als einmaligen Kauf („für immer“). Die jeweils gültigen Preise zeigt der App Store vor dem Kauf an.
  • Die ersten 3 Tage sind alle Pro-Funktionen kostenlos, ohne Konto und ohne Zahlungsdaten.
  • Die Zahlung erfolgt über deinen Apple-Account. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, wenn sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts gekündigt werden.
  • Familienfreigabe ist für CarPop Pro verfügbar. Käufe kannst du in der App wiederherstellen.
  • Für Erstattungen gelten die Regeln von Apple.

5. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen

Wir entwickeln CarPop laufend weiter und können Funktionen ändern oder einstellen. Die Funktion mit Quellen Dritter hängt von deren Verfügbarkeit ab; dafür übernehmen wir keine Verantwortung.

6. Haftung

Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

7. Schlussbestimmungen

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Aufenthaltsstaats bleiben unberührt. Fragen: support@carpop.app.

These terms apply to the app “CarPop: IPTV & Video” by Baran Aktas, Buchenstraße 6A, 42283 Wuppertal, Germany. In addition, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies.

2. Service

CarPop is a media player only. CarPop does not provide, host, sell or recommend any channels, playlists, movies or other content. You bring your own sources.

3. Your responsibility

You may only use CarPop with content you are entitled to watch. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your sources and content. Use for unlawful purposes is prohibited. In a vehicle you must obey traffic rules; video is shown on the car display only while the vehicle is parked.

4. CarPop Pro, subscriptions and purchases

  • A basic version is free. CarPop Pro unlocks extended features.
  • Pro is available as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time purchase (“for life”). The App Store shows the applicable prices before you buy.
  • The first 3 days include every Pro feature for free, with no account and no payment details.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings.
  • Family Sharing is available for CarPop Pro. You can restore purchases in the app.
  • Apple’s rules apply to refunds.

5. Availability and changes

We keep improving CarPop and may change or discontinue features. Use with third-party sources depends on their availability, for which we take no responsibility.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.

7. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: support@carpop.app.
